CHS Guest Stables and Public Training Facility by xTrippingOnYoux CHS Guest Stables and Public Training Facility by xTrippingOnYoux
After a long time of hard work, CHS finally came up with enough money to purchase an adjacent property to build their Guest Stables and Training Facilities for horses and owners from all around. It's nothing fancy, but it's very beautiful nonetheless!!

CHS' very own Guest Stables and Public Training Facility.

The Guest Stables and Training Facility comes equipped with:
:bulletblack: a fully decorated restroom
:bulletblack: 2 hitching posts, enough for up to 4 horses
:bulletblack: 3 stables with their very own paddocks for short or long term stays
:bulletblack: A small track for training race-horses
:bulletblack: An area for training cross country or show-jumping horses
:bulletblack: 2 ponds
:bulletblack: a picnic area where guests can have lunch
:bulletblack: a small parking area, enough for pickups and trailers or any kind of vehicle

Wow, your stables look amazing! You should definitely make this a thing. :) They're so nice. If you get people to put their horses in your stable, you can have competitions. :D

Yesss <3 I already made it a thing I guess, CHS is my stables now. The two horses I adopted off of you are the horses I'm using so far. I named the Fjord I adopted 'Jagermeister', and the painted foal I got off of you 'Butternut Rum' (he's a pretty adult now <3 ;3;). And I adopted two dogs off of *KyzgaardArt (her own personal breed called the Crested Hound) that are the stable dogs that I plan on breeding c: You should ask her about imports, they're beautiful! and free! (:

That's awesome! I might look into them. :D

Can I make a stallion to keep at your stables? :3

And if I do, does he have to be a natural breed (like an arabian, fjord, etc.), or can I just kind of design him to be however?

He can be whatever you want him to be xDDD <3 The 'rules' are posted on my other stable pictures for boarding them. (: One drawn picture of the horse boarded every three weeks is the only payment due! (:

Okay, I can do that. :) That would help me a lot too cause it'd give me a good reason to draw him. xD
